I am so enjoying the conversation about the trailer park photo I posted. I wish I knew where it came from, but I think it was sent by a friend months ago and I saved it to my hard drive cuz I thought it was so funny. If my memory is right (not a given) it was taken in California, my birth state.

^I think that trailer park is somewhere in So Cal. Just read something that said Pamela Anderson has been living in a double wide in a Malibu trailer park (prob the same one Matthew McConaughey lived in) while work is being done on her home. Me thinks this is an upscale trailer park that caters more to the rich retired who don't want to be tied to a house.

CA, especially southern CA has very upscale trailer parks that I could never afford to live in. I grew up in southern CA, and though I make a decent salary, I am priced out of buying the house I grew up in, even in these tough economic times. I don't think Pamela Anderson or Matthew McConaughey lived in this trailer park, even in the penthouse trailer.

Okay ladies, it is so good to be back! Yesterday morning my MacBook got some sort of itunes update and whatever was in it, well, it whacked out my wireless connection. I could get onto some websites but not others. I could get on here, but I couldn't access my yahoo account for my email. To make a long story short, I was on the phone with the Apple tech for *FOUR* hours until the problem was resolved. Needless to say, I ended up losing a lot of my stuff, such as my photos. So, my Avatar will never change. Sigh...As much as a pain in the butt that dial up was, it was so freaking easy. It never failed. Good to be back.

What a royal pain. I'd be upset at losing the photos. I hate computer/technical issues-sure I know what buttons to push but don't have a clue as how to fix anything.
