That is spectacular! How long did that take you? I've been trying to learn to knit but so far have only made a couple of subpar scarves.

I'm going to declare this here: My A$$ is officially on a diet.

I gained 7lbs in Hawaii. Yes, 7lbs. Now I expected about a 3lb weight gain, but 7? Over a period of 5 days?? Holy smokes! And it ain't water weight. I guess it was too many malasadas from Leonards, Coco puffs from Liliha bakery, Baked beans from Bobs, spam and weenie musubis, etc.

What will be my reward if I lose say 15lbs (I needed to lose weight beforehand)?
THE BLUE HAWAIIAN BOOGIE!!!

I would say that would be a definitely motivator!!!

I think I should do the same for myself. After I finish my Boogie reveal we can discuss what my 10 lb present will be.

^^I just realized that maybe I should set a lower limit. 15lbs might take too long and the BH Boogie might be gone! OK, I should be able to glop off 10lbs in about 1.5months (I think).

I think 10 lbs is reasonable. If you lose 1.5-2 lbs a week you will be fine. But you are correct don't lose too much too fast....cause you will most likely put it back on. I've done that to myself before.

^^I never have a problem with taking off about 5lbs. Then I hit this plateau and that is usually where I fall off the wagon because I get frustrated. I actually have some breasts right now, but if I lose weight that will be the first to diminish!

^^ I have yet to go through that as I've had the chest of a 12-year-old boy since.....well forever.
