LunaBoston is a great company! I am glad they have Tano back after not carrying them for 1 season. I like having coupon codes and easy discounts without having to email/call. Looks like I came back to TPF just in time to see gorgeous new Tano bags & leathers.

And Voo I love you for being a youngstown gal (and happy bday btw ) and I don't agree with any snarky comments (not sure since it is hard to tell tone via typing) but this thread was just to inform that LB is back selling Tano. Promoting/discussing MHB is not appropriate in this thread IMO and really didn't need to be brought up. Comments like I love LB are appropriate in this thread about LB. I have ordered from MHB and LB and love both but sometimes it does get old to have everything trumped or turned to point to MHB. Let's just be fair and write discuss MHB in the appropiate threads and not spam other threads that are unrelated to MHB.

And I don't mean this to be mean or snarky to anyone but this forum is about Tano in general not just one company even if the owner is a member here. So please no one be angry, let's just keep threads on topic and continue to love our Tanos!

Bact to topic, LB has the great pics! I love all seeing the mod shots. Glad to have another reputable great company to scope and buy Tanos!

please get back on topic. You guys shouldn't be counting how many times another member has mentioned a website, seller, etc. . . stop calling one another out like this, it makes for a hostile environment. Either contribute to this thread or don't post.

I'm glad that LB is carrying Tano again, too. From what I've seen and heard, they have a really nice store & great CS.

I've always considered LB to be a "reputable" online Tano retailer (and there are only 9 stores that I label as such.)

I've never shopped at LB, but in the past couple years Ive heard nothing but good things from people who have, and I enjoy perusing their site from time to time.

I get my Tano's overnight when I order from...er...another e-tailer.

What's LB's shipping like? Does anyone know which shipping company they use and where they ship from?

I prefer things to go via USPS, or UPS if USPS is not available for some odd reason, but FedEx in my area tends to be the pits.

I could release a pet snail at the moment they ship and it would be in Denver visiting TK before I get whatever I ordered.

^^Fedex sucks in my area, too beeb. They NEVER get my address right. They always send it to the next town over insisting that the zip on the label is wrong, but its not. Happens every bleeping time!

I have ordered from LB. I really do like them a lot. They have fantastic customer service and their shipping was almost immediate when I lived in Philly. I think they use UPS, but I am not sure. They stopped selling Tanos around the time I moved here to NOLA, so I'm not sure how long it would take to get here. Pretty much any shipping service seems incapable of delivery here in a timely fashion. It's nice to have another reputable seller back in the game. Personally, I love any company that handles returns with grace. Especially because we are fans of the 'if ya don't love it, return it' philosophy.

^Agree with that, Ak. How returns are handled makes all the difference.

I agree that lunaboston is great (I don't think anyone here was ever implying that they weren't). I've bought most of my RMs from them and some of my Tanos. I've always corresponded with Ashley for customer service and she always gets back to my emails within 24hrs, even on Sundays. I'm really happy that they brought Tano back and they always have great pictures of their bags.

^Yes! I ordered one in Ruby from LB yesterday. Looking forward to seeing it IRL....but if the leather is like Velvet, it's going back.

It's nothing like velvet leather.

Oooh - I had forgotten about their packaging - I had a little collection of soaps going for a while. I am glad they are back - they always had good pictures, and the more places that can sell tanos is good for tano and what is good for tano is good for us all these days.
