^^I see your point...but I really love the fact that they are all-Tano-all-the-time.... the specialty retailer is becoming a more and more endangered species. I love that I can get product answers lickity split because they only concentrate on Tano.

The customer service can't be beat. You are right that if they brought in more brands of bags, we wouldn't get such good Tano service!

I never order from LunaBoston but I like having another place to look at pictures of the bags so I can get a better idea of them ya know?

I LOVE the personal customer service at MHB, and the quick responses I get back on questions. Last night I got an e-mail from MHB at 8pm. That had to be 11pm in NYC. Does TE ever sleep?

No, TE never sleeps lol I get emails from her at the strangest times sometimes!

But, WOOT for Tanos at LB again, sometimes they carry a bag that MHB doesn't and with the grechen code = TK snatches it up

LOL! But, only sometimes lol.

I love having multiple companies that I feel completely comfortable shopping at... some other stores that sell tanos have been a little sketchy at times which is TOO bad!!
