the tumbleweed is super edgy and rugged.. the color is very irregular and the leather is almost like a rawhide. One tote with studs was a hit, the other most popular tumbleweed bags were all about big zippers.

Thanks for the report, TE! I am so excited about all of the new leathers and colors. I'm so sad to see the Sex Bomb being retired, though. Guess this means I need to snap up another one or two ASAP. I love that bag.

Tumbleweed sound fabulous! Distressed and rugged leathers remind me of stables and barns. I likey!

Oh my goodness you are killing me over here! As long as the leather isn't overly rough to the touch... I am going to need every color and style made in th tumbleweed. I had a pair of chaps made from what sounds like something similar to this and I never wanted to take those babies off.

So the question here is....did you wear pants under these chaps? haha

Haha! Well, there were times I was tempted to pull a Lady Godiva .... 1200 pounds of raw meat between your legs...no parakeet can deliver that!

TE, I'm very interested to see pics of the Tumbleweed leather-sounds unbelievable. I don't think $300 is expensive for what you're describing-not at all.

I'm looking forward to pics, too! I'm sure when things slow down a lil for TE she'll post em....they are probably crazed at MHB w/ all the new product coming in this week.

pics at last! first two: general booth pics. Third: swatches of pre-spring 09 lux colors (left to right: toasted almond, cherry, baltic blue, dove grey, lagoon) Bottom two: a minilisa type bag in the new CHAMOIS pebby squishy leather, a motorcycle hobo in the rough tumbled buffalo hyde. The blues were off the charts.
