Default Tano at Neiman Marcus!
I have not been on tpF for a while so maybe everyone knows that Tano is on the Neiman Marcus site. You ladies were way ahead of the curve! I have an amethyst CB and LOVE it.

Hadn't they turned down NM in the past? I guess times are tough for everyone.

Apparently the bags sold out there last season. Glad to see they are offering more styles now.

Honestly, I don't. We'll see what happens, but in my experience, increased popularity equals increased cost.

That's an excellent point. I am excited to be able to see them their, but yes, price is an issue. I agree.

no, tano never turned down neimans. They sold to the other two divisions of NM prior seasons- bergdorf goodman and cusp. It was just a matter of time until NM wanted Tano, too.

NM is the only national dept store that Tano sells to. They also sell to a midwestern dept store whose name escapes me at the moment.

Dont worry, Tano is determined to keep offering the best bang for the buck!

Is the midwestern store Von Maur?

I think I may have gotten NM confused with Nordstrom's, perhaps?

I wish they would have picked Nordies instead. NM jacks up prices and the SAs are pretty witchy over all. And what's up with them only taking store cards and amex??! I tried to buy UGGs there in college and found this out when they wouldn't take my Visa. I walked out and bought them in Bloomingdales because the sales associates treated me like white trash for not having an AMEX.

I always have better experiences shopping at Nordstroms.

Well, since I really only buy Tano's from MHB I'm all for the brand being in any major store's stock. I think Tano is the best kept 'secret' out there!!
