Man that makes me sad, I love Tano quality but won't buy another crunch leather bag from them.

I'm sure that I read it here on one of the many Tano threads... this is the only place I can come to for purse obsession. Hopefully it's a rumor. If I cared more I could email Tano, but I'm so bummed about my Sex Bomb fraying on the handles that I'm not interested...

Lisa, if you are unhappy write Tano and ask for an exchange or refund. Good companies WANT to please their customers, find out if they are one of them.
