Showgirl colors darker?

Is it just me, or do the crunch colors appear more saturated/darker on the Showgirl? I've been trying to decide on my pomegranate bag and I am about 99.9% decided on the Showgirl, but it appears almost burgundy in the Tano photos! I really want a true red!

To me, the body of the bag looks like my pomegranate sex bomb. It's the straps-they look darker than the rest of it. But then again, it could just be the pictures.

That's what I think, the dyed to match leather trim is a little darker and makes it look different. You can really tell on the MHB modeling pics.
