Default Ramped Up -or- Plush, Plushy, Plushier, Plushiest
My Ramped Up has arrived!

The plush leather is somewhat pebbly and has a lot of smoosh factor to it. I'm not wildly in love w/ the leather like I was with bella...but it is pretty. I picked the bag hoping it would have a 'tough girl' motorcycle look to it and it certainly fits that bill!

Brass hardware and nifty long-ish zipper pull.

Cool brown lining

The sides are cool and scrunchy ......

That lining looks like microfiber! Not sure if I like this leather though, I'm not a fan of pebbly leather. But I *love* the color!! Will you be keeping her?

I am going to keep her and here's the three reasons why:

First (at the risk of repeating myself) there's something "tough b*tch" about how the bag looks to me and I like that.

Next, I love the fact that she's so puddly. I keep playing with her hahaha

Third, this bag is different from everything else in my closet... I mean, I know I only have shoulder bags, but the hardware, the leather, ... completely different. I'm actually going to change out of Miss Eotter tonight after I Apple spray the Ramped Up

She's beautiful Voo! She looks very soft and slouchy. Is the color more dark gray/off black or true black?

Still loving the shape of this bag... I'm not sure I was crazy about the leather after seeing it as pebbly leather is not really my deal... which is part of the reason ($$ being the other reason) that I cancelled the wine ramped up I had on preorder...

However, I do think she looks edgy and tough even with a lil cute ruching on the side! I like it voo and like you said... different than anything else in your collection!!

She does look grey in the pics.... but she is black. Not jet...like sexxxy black crunch but when you see her IRL she is a very nice coal black.

I just sprayed her w/ her first coat of Apple. After the 2nd coat and she's dry I'll be putting Miss Eotter away for a bit.

Yeah she is certainly pebbly. But ya know...it adds to the look. If that kind of leather is not your cup of tea then you probably won't like plush. But you know how velvet leather had that smooth-ish pebbling...the pebbling in this leather...I'm searching for a way to describe it....ok how about this .....when you pat this leather you feel like you want to dig your fingernails into it....KWIM????

I will say that the more I look at her the more I'm loving her because she is so 'tough' .... this isn't a bag you are going to carry in a sleek suit....this is a jeans and combat boots kind of bag.

The leather is chewy perhaps? lol...

This plush leather reminds me a bit of LP washed leathers, the hardware too.

I think I wouldn't mind this too much as it's not the really bumpy pebbling; just not sure it would be my favorite either.

Strange @ the velvet leather description; my velvet leather bag is completely smooth as far as I remember!

Hmm...see, I remember one of the things about the velvet was that it was finely pebbled. I sold the bag cos I never carried it so maybe I just don't remember hahaha
