^^ You should take pics of it and contact the seller indicating it wasn't sold in the condition stated and see if they will give you some portion of your money back.

Even if they don't have a return policy, some sellers will be nice and refund a bit of money if the bag isn't as stated. Worth a try anyways!

yes, beeb, by all means, contact the seller!! I bought a "NWT" Boogie from a private seller who claimed it was new and perfect, and when I received it, there were several scratches, and the corners were faded. It too was a final sale. I contacted her and she was very nice to work with. The solution we came up with was a $50 paypal refund, and we were both happy!
