New Tano Sex Bomb - wear on corners

Hi Ladies,

I just got a pool Tano Sex Bomb from That's Our Bag and the corners of the pockets and bottom of the bag are scuffed up. I am wondering if this seems normal, or if I may have gotten someone's USED return. Did anyone else's new Sex Bomb have such scuffs?

No, it shouldn't come with any scuffs. Can they be buffed out? If not I would return it for another.

Mine did not have any scuffed up areas. I sounds used to me. BTW, there is now a Tano subforum :)

Def. should not come with scuffs, either used or damaged in shipment.

Yeah I got my pool sexbomb too today from That's Our Bag and they sent it in pristine condition within a plastic bag and dustbag. Generally on Tano leathers there are some minor scratches and marks from being handstained but I think it easily happens with tano leather but it isn't anything major. It doesn't detract from the beauty of the leather. There were no scuffs on my bag however that I can see.

Edit: I took a really close look. There is some scuff on the corner but it is very faint on mine. I had to really strain to see it but they might have happened since I put my stuff in it today. Is it really bad?

If you're not comfortable with it, call them and ask can they exchange it and then send it back

I think that's definitely a scuff and some slight wear! I would call and see if you can exchange.

^ I agree- that def. looks like some wear to me...call them and see if they will exchange it for you!

I agree! Looks like slight wear or damage from maybe the transit. My box wasn't damaged at all and came perfect to me. You could email them. Maybe ask for a 10% discount if you don't want to exchange because honestly, mine looks like that in after a day of use! lol It'll become less noticeable after you use it more. I looked at mine again and it pretty much looks like yours but it really isn't noticeable to me at all. The only thing weird in your pics is the second to last pic, that weird pock mark. You should do whatever would make you happiest in the end :)
