Earlier today TOB had the names listed, but no photos. They must have been in the process of updating. I'm off to check them out now. Thanks for the heads-up!

Hmm. Although I ordered from them and was happy with the service, I do NOT like their website. Their photos are terrible, and half the pictures look like they've changed the color digitally instead of taking actual pictures. They tell you nothing about the details of the bag and offer no alternative shots. Disappointing presentation for a site that carries a lot of bags and has decent prices.

^ I agree they are the hardest site to use and to feel comfortable knowing that they have presented a decent representation of a bag. I give them an "E" for effort, but man on man, they could do better!

I totally agree also. When I purse shop - website is a big thing for me. If I feel their pictures are not good, the website is hard to navigate and they just don't provide me enough information - I order elsewhere .. no matter what the price may be.

It seems that most etailers carrying tano don't post as many pics as I would like. I love to look at a bag from all angles and modeled since I can't see them in IRL usually. The only good thing is that you can go to several of the sites (especially LB) and even eBay to look at the bag and then still order from a site where the pics may not be as ideal (as long as they have great CS of course).

Thanks for posting these TK! I have not seen many of these styles. I do love Ruby! Now I have to decide what style to pick in Ruby.....decisions...decisions.

I never even realized until tonight that Tano had wallets and clutches! I want one ... well, maybe not a clutch since I don't know where I'd use it ... but surely I could use a wallet.

Agreed about the TOB website being awful! They don't even show the bags in all the colors they offer... I mean seriously, what is that all about! I generally have to look elsewhere to decide if I want it and then if TOB is the only place that has it I will order from them simply not to let a bag pass me by but it's frustrating. I have always gotten good customer service there though; emails and with orders. I'll probably continue to buy from them but we should all send them emails about how awful their website is and maybe they will update it? We can only hope!

I agree....TOB is the last place I look for pics. But I do get free shipping and have always gotten my bag the next day so if they have it in stock I'll buy...as long as I've seen detailed pics somewhere else, lol.

TOB answers emails quickly, but you have to pay to return bags, which always factors in for this Return Queen! MHB prices are too high, so for me, if LB has it, I buy from them - 20% off, free shipping both ways (and such an easy return process, all online and print out your return label), and they always ship same day? Hard to beat that kind of service!

^ Agreed, Watson's Mom. I actually rarely return purchases, but it always factors in to the final decision. And the 20% code for LB, free shipping along with the handwritten note and soap lollipop really makes for a nice touch. It is unusual to find great customer service and great prices in the same store!
