My In Velvet Cooped Up from Cjour

It's here!! It arrived yesterday - in perfect condition. The color that was represented on her website was exactly what arrived - a super lovely deep wine colored leather - more earthy in tone than what I'd think of as Ruby, and far redder than other Ruby's I've seen online. Still, when I photographed it to post a shot, the incandescence of the lightbulb overhead did cast enough yellow to make my photos of it look a bit more brown than burgundy.

I'm so thrilled. My first Tano!!! It's so pretty!!! My Camera Ready should be here on Monday. It's going to be a great week of leather comparisons between the Velvet and the Crunch. :-) Thank you all for your advice and information. Its made my first purchase a fabulous experience!

Thanks for the kind words all.

I was a little worried about how the size would work for me as I'm pretty tall and large myself (5' 8.5" ... and always in heels... so operationally about 6') I'm pleased with the scale though.

The mirror was an antique find in Milwaukee, WI from a few years back... they have killer antiquing there. :-)
