So I've been carrying the grape Boogie about a week, hanging it full of stuff whenever I can, and the shoulder strap is still killing me. Does it get softer? How soft does it get? The ends of it are really digging into my shoulder, even with a puffy coat on - does that part ever soften up?

Sorry for all of the questions. I really want there to be hope for this bag!

The Boogie Bucket club thread is probably the best place for this sweet

And if it's not comfy after a week hang it on a doorknob with a HEAVY book in it overnight. That should do it.

I also don't have anything to add but good luck. I am one of the lucky people who find this strap comfortable from the start.
