Has anyone had issues with their Burlesque?
Hello Everyone
I purchased this bag in Ocean and it's a wonderfully beautiful bag. I really love it . But when I opened the box one of the grommets was broken. I was so disappointed as I wanted to use it specifically for Labor Day weekend. SO I sent it back to MHB. Then I got another one (their last one) and used it a week and the grommet broke. I feel like crying! Now MHB doesn't have anymore in stock so I have to send it back to Tano for repair. I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with this particular bag. Thanks Jenn |

That's terrible! So sorry to hear about that. I have not bought that bag, but I believe a few others in this SF have. I hope they respond.

Aww Jenn I'm so sorry to hear this. I haven't heard of any problems like this. I hope Tano fixes it and gets it right back to you (or a replacement) quickly!

Thanks for the responses! I am seriously thinking I should return it and just ask for my money back. I don't want to continue to have this problem down that road.

Oh no!! That stinks!! Maybe try to exchange it for a different bella bag?? I know the bella leather is amazing!

I love the bag so much (the leather is amazing) that I have decided to send it back to Tano to see what they can do. I will let you know what happens
