Hi everyone! Since I'm going to be biking to work (nice days only!) I figure it is time for a more utilitarian bag - but one that still looks good, dammit! So, I thought I'd try my first Tano crossbody. Pretty sure I'm going to get the Mona Lethal - I love that you can wear it so many ways! But I just need to decide on the color - jade or garnet. Totally need something in jade, but I'd found a jade Boogie that I was going to get this next payday (making my BBs total 3), but now that I found a jade ML, was thinking I should just kill two birds with one stone, get the ML in jade, and pass on that BB #3...

Thoughts? Suggestions? TIA!

Tough question!! I think garnet is a much more 'all year around' color than the jade...and all the garnet bags I've seen have just knocked my socks off. I vote garnet.

oh how the dbf will kill me!

but, dammit, i just got a fantastic new job with a huge pay raise (the dissertation is on temporary hold), so i'm due for some well-earned spending. hahaha.

I would vote for garnet, and then if you must have the teal/jade boogie...get that in addition to the ML!

it's decided - going with the garnet ML and MIGHT also get the jade BB - we'll see what I actaully do on payday...

Congrats on the job and raise. Such great news to hear that. Hmmm, I have a garnet Minilisa and dang, she's so darn pretty. Although for me, if I were looking for a bag that I felt went with everything, I'd lean more towards shades of brown. But that sounds boring, doesn't it? I guess I'm no help.

There's about 5 things on MHB I want right now haha It's SO SO hard to narrow it down. But given your new raise (CONGRATS!) you should buy yourself two bags for sure...one you NEED and the other is your REWARD

Congrats on your new job and raise!! Whoot whoot!! Garnet ML is going to be so pretty!!

I wanted to mention that Jade is turning out to be a color that breaks in very quickly.. my London Edition on about day 2 or 3 I already started to see the base color come through on the bag. I love it... I like how it looks so comfortable, but have decided with the relaxed look it's not a great work bag for me (not as formal/polished). I think I could try Lexol or apple guard, but probably won't as I am liking the look. Just thought I would share!
