Ah thanks! A babybagger mama set me straight too! Dh got my rasp SB from her for me for Christmas and I am a very happy mama. Even more so now that I got a chicklit in PL! I got it from MHB though because of the discount. I think cjour/diva had a serious deal around Christmas for the SB she won that one.

cjour.com = great if you keep the bag, not so great for returns. I paid return shipping and got dinged $19 for shipping and "transaction fees" on return of two bags. FYI, I'm located in the same city as cjour.

I've probably said this somewhere earlier in this thread (too lazy to look back), the only thing that keeps me from buying from cjour is the CA sales tax.

I have to say, they have great CS so far! I ordered one bag from them (my first Tano, actually) last year off ebay and hadn't really had cause to communicate with them then.

I e-mailed them the night before last and they got back to me first thing yesterday morning with a really friendly response, and sent me a list of everything they expect to have in Pink Lemonade and when. They also promised to keep an eye out if they should have the ability to get something they weren't expecting before. So far, two thumbs up!

I believe their eBay store is where my Mom bought both of our Butane Janes, and they had amazing service. Super-fast shipping and great customer service all-around.

If you do order from them and don't care for the bag, make sure you return it in the time specified. I went over the limit because of Christmas-time and they wouldn't take the bag back.

I returned a bag to them and was also charged an outrageous amount for shipping and transaction fees. I probably wouldn't buy from them again unless the bag was ridiculously cheap and I was completely sure about it.

Default Great Experience
I ordered a couple of boogies from cjour and had a terrific experience. Being in the west, I received the bags so quickly. They came in great shape. Absolutely no complaints with the customer service. I will be buying from them again.

As I posted in another thread, I requested a refund for the "transaction fee" and Cjour was quick to comply. I was sufficiently impressed to place another order this past Saturday, and I received my blueberry Sex Bomb today. Now I have a great navy bag with silver hardware that I can turn to when I don't want to carry my luxe Goldenbleu navy Jordan with gold hardware. Cool!

The Sexbomb was $169 at Cjour.com! Couldn't find a better deal anywhere else, and now I have two of those funny pens.
