Hi Tano expert, I was just wondering if you know why the bags are named Tano? Does it stand for something? Just curious.

^^That name was devised by the current owner's grandfather, who immigrated from Spain in the 1930's. Tano is a Spanish nickname, apparently.

The color is red lacquer and the material is cracked ice which is a suede with a crackled, glazed top. Sorry I don't remember the name of the bag itself, though.

Hi TE - sorry if this was asked before...will the Available Next Week come in truffle? Do you know what color the hardware will be? How about the trim color on truffle?

^^yes, it will come in truffle. To my knowledge, the trim will be a similar shade of dark brown aberdeen leather and the hardware will be silver. However, Tano often makes changes in production so that information cannot be taken for granted, KWIM?

Hello Tano Expert,

I'm looking to purchase my first Tano bag and de-virginize myself. With that said I've finally narrowed down my choices to either the B. Beauty or Bridezilla (colors: navy blue or dark red) but can you tell me what the major difference between the two are? Do you have any dimensions to the bags? To me, both bags like almost identical with exception to the leather. I called Tano but the lady I spoke to didn't seem to know much about the product she is working for.

^^This is the same bag made in two different leathers. Baroque Beauty is made of velvet leather with antique brass hardware and Bridezilla is made of crunch leather with silver hardware. The color pallettes for both leathers vary. Bridezilla is a Fall 2 bag due in stores in November and Baroque Beauty is due to hit stores this month.

trying to find a sm to medium size bag and from the pics both BB and Bridezilla seem okay.

Here are the dimensions of the sample:

approx dimensions are " 12" tall x 13" wide x 5 ¼" deep. drop is approx 10"

Note that changes sometimes occur in production- info is never 100% accurate on upcoming styles.
