Hi TE,

I have only just discovered Tano and was wondering how many times a year they release new bags and roughly when? Do they release new ones for each season?

TIA

Sally

Tano used to have two seasons- fall and spring- plus a few new bags in november for holiday.

Now they have fall, fall2/holiday,pre spring and spring. The bags hit stores roughly aug- sept, nov, jan, and march-april.

Hi TE - Sorry to bother you with this AGAIN...I thought this was going to be easy...on the Tarrago site, there are two products that would fit the bill for keeping my crunch Boogies looking good - the shoe cream, and the coloring cream.

The shoe cream comes in 64 colors with a SMALL amount of pigment, and "will restore color and at the same time nourish the leather."

The coloring cream has more pigment, comes in 21 colors, and "will renew the color of your shoe plus nourish and condition the leather. It will also repair minor scuffs and blemishes."

If I don't want my Boogies to get too cracked and distressed looking, and would like to keep the color as saturated as I can, which should I get?? I have been calling their CS number but they are closed for inventory. Thanks!

that's what I thought, but darnit, all the colors I need to match my Boogies are in the 64 set of shoe creams! Thanks for your help!

Is the onyx velvet leather a lot shinier than the amethyst? How about Ruby? I just received an onyx SS and it was very shiny in comparison to the amethyst LRC that I have. Very much like black crunch. Would you agree?

The onyx velvet seems to be sort of inconsistent. I've seen some that are quite shiny (a lot like crunch- yes!)

If you got one that's really shiny and its not what you expected based upon your experience with your other velvet bag, and you dont LIKE how it looks, I would suggest that you return it. I dont know what retailer you bought it from, but hopefully they will work with you!

Other than the onyx, the other velvet leather colors are very consistent. (Not as shiny, more pronounced grain, etc...)

Thanks so much. It doesn't look at all like the sample picture, so I am going to return it.

^^^Oh no!! I'm trying really hard not to let this news crush my dreams of an Onyx LRC. TE, is that velvet leather & color combo only shiny on particular bags? I already have a crunch Sex Bomb and wanted to change things up with a different material. BUT, if the Onyx is at all "crunch-like" I may change my mind...TIA!

Hey TE... have you seen anything in emerald yet? If so, is it like "forest green" or "hunter green" or is it more rich and wonderful than that?

^^ I've been curious about emerald, too. Haven't see anything show up in this color yet.

Ive seen some ss bags that are shiny in onyx... but so far no lrc's have looked shiny in onyx. I would just call your retailer when you order to be sure they ship you one thats "NOT too shiny, like the other velvet colors."
