Hi TE,

Does Quick Witted have an outter zipper which expands the bag? It looks like it from the pictures but just want to make sure. Also, there was something about the 2 outer pockets...I think MHB said production may adjust them or keep only one?

I can only comment on the original sample, which is always subject to change in production, so you may want to wait until the bag hits stores (by the end of this month) to find out.

The sample did have a zipper around the bottom which expanded the bag's capacity.

I was told by Tano's designer that the front pockets shown in the stock pic of the sample were being modified in production.

TE: Are the side buckles on the Carte Blanche new...I don't remember them on the Buxom? What, in your opinion, is the best color for this bag?

berry blue is a much lighter, brighter shade of blue than blueberry. Plum jelly is much lighter shade of purple than grape. The only brown for Spring is caramel, which is more tan than brown- not at all like the truffle, which is super dark. I cat really advise you on your color choices- thats entirely up to you! That's a great help, thank you! I can't slack at all, then, eh? I love the grape (best purple I've seen any place!) and purple is my favorite color, so that's a go. And the Boogie in blueberry, which just sets off the bag beautifully, will be #2. I'll maybe be able to get a truffle accessory to enjoy the leather...or hope that another designer hits with such a brown. If I can save up enough, then the truffle minilisa before they are gone. Wish someone could do a layaway for me...remember that? Dating myself, eh? (Much better than credit card as you didn't get it until it was paid for, so no going into debt and the item wearing out before it's paid for.)

Ok, I know this is a sensitive topic about the NB bags and all but TE.... has TANO ever made a bag similar to the color I have circled in this pic (the dark dark turquoise looking color)?

The color doesn't look like a dark turq to me.. it looks like tano's cobalt from 2 years ago. Of course I am not a NB expert or fan (dont get me started...) and I really shouldn't even be even answering this question! GRRRR!

Ok, well then forgetting the whole NB stuff... has tano ever made a deep deep dark turquoise color bag before that is more green than blue but definitely not JUST green like congo green? lol hope that made sense!

TK, there was pool of course, and blue lagoon, and next season there will be blue hawaiian... but no more greenish shades of turq that I can think of.

Going way back, there was a color called scuba green (dont you have the pinto bag in that color?) and there was a pastel minty color... but they weren't really turquoise-y

Thanks TE! Yes I have the pinto bag in scuba green, and I have pool and blueprint... well if Tano ever asks for color suggestsions... tell them a deep, dark turquoise hehehe Thanks again! Now I can hope for it sometime in the future rather than being doomed that I missed it! It's actually good news!

TE, how has the Minilisa been selling? Any hope of it being brought back again next spring in all, or some, of the new spring colors?

I dont know how its been selling for Tano overall...and I cant comment on how well it does in my store. But lets just say I have high hopes for it coming back next season.

No, the buckles on the sides were on the buxom buddy too.
