Hi y'all. Was searching through threads for something on the Self Service. Does anyone have this bag? Reviews please?

My newest Tano...
I had one (my reveal)...I ordered it from TOB, in grape, and really liked it, but I had kind of went nuts with bags, and so I ended up returning it...at the time, I was in love with my green apple women unite... It was a nice bag though...and it has 3 compartments...center was a zip the two sides magnetic... I am trying to recall how it was in relation to the Immeasureable...Self Service is a smaller bag if I recall correctly... Anyways, hope my post when I had the bag in my hands helps...if you have any other questions, let me know and since I have seen one IRL, I can try to answer! |

Thanks! I saw a grape one at a decent price on the bay, but from what you say, it seems a little smallish. I really can't afford to get a new bag right now, but am feeling VERY antsy!! Trying to move the Kitty Crowbar I got a couple of weeks ago... decided she was too big for me and I'd never use her. Had a cobalt FN on pre-order then canceled. The indecision!! I'd love something in cobalt. It's been a tough month for vet bills

I remember (I think?) voodoo being crazy about this bag too... I can't remember if she ever ordered one or not though?

I have one - found it a while back on sale in pom. I love it - the shoulder strap is really comfortable, and it has the multiple compartments that I really like (why didn't I know the depeche is like that? try finding one now). The front pockets don't get much use - having the three bigger ones does it for me. More of a flat bag - not a bucket. You can't go by me, though - I haven't met many tanos I didn't like (one exception - the being uma - just too darn big for me but the blueberry color was divine).

Don't tempt me - I am weak...do you know how much trouble I am in already??? Race season is not over yet though - and there is the fall, when I think I am really going to be in trouble. Am trying to save up a little - heading for a bike tour in VT in two weeks. Can't wait to beat the heat.

No work today, so I'm spending some time this morning in the A/C looking at handbags. As far as a couple of the "older" models, I'm looking at this Self Service again, as well as the Depeche. Any opinions as to which one you like better than the other?

^^Get both!!!!!! haha... I dunno... it's a toss up. I really prefer limited outside pockets so I'll vote Depeche....

What the heck, put a bid on the Depeche. If I win it I win it, if I don't, oh well
