^^ TE, you're totally right (of course!). lexol conditioner seems to work just fine; it's the cleaner we might want to steer clear of (based on my experience - and poor beeb's!). the conditioner seems to clean a bit as it conditions....

Oh no Beeb! Thanks for the warning...will stay away from the Lexol cleaner. Ya know, I tried to remove a pen mark from my BH boogie (using qtip and hand sanitizer)and ended up with a similar mark. I ordered some Tarrago shoe cream, rubbed it on the spot and you can't even tell anything happened.
