Blueeyedgirl, I think silkfringe makes a good point - I would recommend following up with your state department of labor office if he has yet to pay you for hours worked. It sounds though like you'll land on your feet - that's great you've lined up a waitressing job that will accommodate morning classes. Good luck to you!

I also agree with Irishgal. If you badmouth your employer, it could come back to bite you. I know it's hard to see that happening now, but it has happened to a lot of people. No one wants to hire someone who sounds bitter, even though you may feel you have every right to be.
