What do I do about this job ?

Thanks guys, I talked to my boss and we have come to a great agreement. I am curring down my hours and at the same time I'm getting a chunky increase in pay. I'm actually going to be paid the same amount as others. I'm very pleased and thankful I opened this topic. Had I not gotten the advice from you, I may have just sucked it up and never gotten a raise !

Hahaha, I was about to post that the root of the problem is that you were taken on to work part time and that your boss is allowing you to do way more than this, for the original agreed pay- which is totally taking advantage of you.

But now that you have brought the matter to his attention it has been remedied- great news, well done for addressing the issue
