I haven't read through all the responses, but I would say that's definitely cheating. My bf and I had a long distance relationship and "kept in touch" via webcam, and if I found out that he was "keeping in touch" with anyone else I wouldn't hesitate to calling it cheating.

It's cheating if YOU consider it cheating. That's all that matters. Some people have different standards, some people let their husbands have sex with other women as long as they know about and won't consider it cheating. I'm sure some people don't mind if their man cams with other women. If YOU feel it's cheating that it is. It's different for every person.

if it has to be lied about and covered up then it's cheating...if its something that you 2 have discussed that you are not comfortable with and yet he still does it then it's cheating...

If it were innocent chatting on webcam with a friend or coworker, I would say that it's not cheating. DH and I will interact via webcam when he's away. However, there's a large difference between flirting/sexing via webcam, which would definitely be cheating!
