Default Tools for helping your relationships

Hello everyone. I keep seeing and reading here of those going through relationship woes, trials and tribulations. I thought that it might be helpful to those to provide some resources that might be helpful to help them get through the difficulties in their rships.

Please post websites, books, seminars, etc that helped you in your relationships.

One thing that I would like for everyone to remember is that in order to have a healthy relationship, you must begin with a healthy YOU. I will start posting some of the tools that I have found helpful.

I love the Mars Venus Books (John Gray)

I love the books by Harville Hendrix (I belive he's a licensed psychologist and deals alot with helping you find a healthy YOU and how to build health rships.

Books: Keeping the love you find, Getting the Love you want, Giving the love that Heals, Receiving Love, He even has a book for parents.

Don Miguel Ruiz: The Four Agreements (I really liked this book and it can be a quick read; very uplifting.)

I know I have more, but this is all I can think of right now...

I love the Four Agreements. I just like it as a book about life, not even necessarily relationships.

The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman

Step Coupling by Susan Wisdom (great book -- found it too late for my previous relationship, but it would undoubtedly would have helped).

Those are the only two books I can think of right now.

I read the Mars/Venus book -- the first one. It was good too.
