So giddy! I love my BF.

So I have posted in the past about my BF, the trouble we were having, how he needed time, that I think we should just break up, blah blah blah... Anyways, I gave him his time, had a breaking point and told him we should end it. We talked for awhile and I realized he didn't want to break up just yet, so I was going to give it a little bit more time. The next day he told me that I was right about everything (that no matter who he was with, he would always doubt the relationship and would think it would end up in divorce) and said he loved me too much to let me go. The way he said it to me was so sweet.

The point of this post was this... I came home from work after a meeting and went to talk to my mom. She said my BF came over today. I was confused and said my BF?? She said he came by to tell me how much he loved me, how much I have changed his life (for the better) and how serious he was about me. And that he wanted to have a family dinner so my parents could meet his mom. When I heard this I was all smiles. I was actually blushing! This was the moment that I knew he was the one for me. I have only wanted him to make more of an effort with my parents and family. And the fact that he did it without me knowing, just because, made it all that much better.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to talk to my friends and I just wanted to let this all out.

That's great news. It's good to hear when guys listen and take action. Your BF deserves a lot of credit for what he did. This goes to show that communication is the key to a good relationship. I hope his attention to your relationship continues.

That's really a nice gesture, I hope you two will find peace in your relationship because not many guys will give their relationship much consideration, most will just act out on impulse. Seems like your guy is a keeper!
