Sarah- Your cake was beautiful!

Junken- LOVE that cake. What a neat idea to put chocolate covered strawberries on there. Very cute. I love how there's a little bride and groom strawberry!

Couture addict- Your cake looked elegant. It is really gorgeous!

Here is mine. The layers were alternated - white cake with strawberry shortcake filling and chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. White icing, with black magic roses between the layers. We opted for our initials on top, instead of the bride and groom!

Here's mine. This was the best cake I've had in my life. DH and I got married 7 years ago and to this day friends and relatives still rave about my wedding cake. The baker who made it is still in business, the only bad part is his bakery is 15 miles from my house. I could really go for one of his pastries right now.

We went non tradititional. We're both HUGE Red Sox fans, so our bakery suggested a cake in the shape of a baseball field. And NO, our toppers aren't bobbleheads! We're also video game geeks so we had them made after our Nintendo Wii Mii people. :) It was seriously the best cake I've ever had in my life!

well i can't find any pics of my cakes on my laptop :[[. my cake was 3 tieres all vanilla with different fillings. it was a light pink over all, with white and darker pink flowers flowing down it. the grooms cake was a chocolate sheet cake that had strawberries that were drizzled with white and milk chocolate all over.

my mil made them for us, she hadn't made cakes in years and i was so happy to have her make them for us. they weren't perfect, in fact dh's melted on one side in the hot texas heat...it was repaired though. the reason that they meant so much to me and dh is because his mom passed away 6 mths later from pancreatic cancer i know i have pics somewhere so i shall search to find them.

My wonderful mother in law made ours :)

Top layer is lemon chiffon cake with lemon cream frosting, bottom layer is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Decorated with fresh pink & green cymbidiums - same as my bouquet.
