Rant: All of the short women are taking all of the tall men away from tall gals!!!!!

I was reading the other thread about height differences and noticed there were a lot of women around 5'-5'3 dating or married to men that were over 6' tall.

Hey save the tall men for the tall gals okay??! Hehe, j/k!

Okay, I'm partially kidding...I can't find any tall men to date. And it restricts me from wearing my heels.

this is such a cute thread...... Im asian and about 5'4 lol and my BF isn't asian but is close to 6'2....

Short ones don't work for me

so that pretty much eliminates about 96% of the asian population around here...olollool.l..

Considering the average male height is 5'9"- girls who are that height and refuse to date guys who are shorter than themselves are cutting out half the male population right there. And if you want them to be taller than you in 3-4 in heels, you're limiting yourself much less than that. It seems like shorter girls have fewer qualms about the height of the guy so it's just statistics that we'll end up with some of your "taller guys" :)

I'm 5'2" and I've gone on dates with a couple guys who were 6'3", but I've only seriously dated guys 5'10" and under so it's not my fault! Hehe.

My dh prefers shorter women, so it isn't my fault! But my sister is 5'9" and complains that she cannot find men who are tall enough, either.

You can have the 6'3"ers no problem :) My current is 5'10"-5"11" and I don't want to make you wear flats so I'll keep him.

Well I'm not currently taking any of them

. I'm 5'5 on a tall day, so I'd take a guy as long as I can wear heals. 5'9 would be fine with me.

It's weird bc it always happens that I date tall guys... I guess short girls don't want short guys so they have tall ones to compensate for their own shortness! lol

For girls, I think 5'5 to 5'7 is ideal.

For guys, at least 5'9
