From what everybody was saying on the last thread, i'm a liar, and my dates don't match up. I understand what everyone is saying.
I got back with him officially on February 2 (before this we were just talking on the phone)...my period was due the 3rd of February, it didn't come, i waited a week, then went to the doctor on the 12th. I found out I was pregnant that same day, which is 9 days after my period was due. My doctor asked , "When was your last period?" I told her it was January 4th....So she told me i was 5 weeks pregnant, I just wanted to clarify that it was my own doctor that told me i was 5 weeks, i just went along with what she said...I called her but she wasn't available, but a friend here on TPF told me that pregnancy is calculated from the last time you had your period, so it's not always accurate.

So i would still appreciate any advice people could give me..
Yes i know I did a mistake by laying down with him again, but I still think he should at least know what's going on.

if you only had sex with him twice in Feb., how can you be 5 weeks pregnant?

Like I said, i'm going with what she's saying. I know it's impossible to be 5 weeks if it's only been 2 1/2 weeks, but someone here told me that it's calculated from the last time you had your last period, because there really is no way to know when you actually conceived....My last period was the 4th of January, my doctor asked me that and i told her...she's the one that said i was 5 weeks, not me.

this still doesn't make sense then! its only been 2 weeks. no pregnancy test can detect pregnancy that quickly. if you just had sex twice in the last 2 weeks it just wouldn't show up yet! so unless you had sex with him or someone else prior to the last 2 weeks, thats why people are doubting you. you just would not know that soon.

But really, 5 weeks or not, my test came back positive.

Carol you say that he should know what's going on... but he already knows because you said you told him. Please read you opening post in the closed thread. Did you forget? I stand by what I said in that thread.

I'm not a doctor so i dont know how that works.

you are not listening to me. it is impossible for a test to come back positive that quickly. did you have sex with him or someone else prior to the first of Feb? you would have had to. otherwise the makers of the test you took would get the noble prize in science.

I did tell him, he doesn't believe me because he thinks im trying to het him back. But i'm not, i was telling him, i even offered to let him see my test, but he refused.
