My best friend and my Ex?

i love it when ppl use the term "Ho-Bag" it makes me giggle so much

Thank you for all your kind comments. It's a few days later now and im feeling a lot better. I haven't spoken to either of them for a little while, and i'm feeling a lot better for it.

I did write about my ex BF when it happend, and again thank you for all the advice that everybody gave me! I am getting through this it's just been a bit difficult

On a lighter note the guy that i actully went to the cinema with (it was pretty much a date) is taking me out this weekend, just the two of us so i've got something to look forward to :)

things are brightening up, finally! x

I experienced something similar in college. I had liked this guy all through college. We never dated but he was my closest guy friend and we most certainly hooked up. My best friend always told me what a loser he was and how unattractive and scruffy he was. Anytime I wanted to hang out with him she would make a negative comment. Fast forward, I still liked the kid but we stopped hooking up during summer...no sooner did this happen did I realize 5 months later that HE AND my BEST FRIEND were dating--SERIOUSLY. I don't think I ate for days. I was so upset. I never felt that it was his responsibility to tell me who he was dating because I never told him these things either.
I know it takes two to tango but in my eyes he did nothing wrong, we weren't dating. THE GIRL lied for months to me and pretended she was dating another guy. I'm not even sure she was pretending. I would get phone calls telling me all about this guy from HS who she had recently run into again. Anyway, I never spoke to her again. I still speak to him. I will never look at a friendship from the point of view of "well we've been friends for X amount of years". There's some things I just can't forgive. I also think there's no place in my life for a crazy liar! What else was she lying about you know?
