Great that you've told your Mom but please get this guy out of your house ASAP. He sounds mentally unstable and who knows how he might react now that a confrontation has occurred.

well my mom isn't the land lord, our landlord is in the hospital at the moment, she suffered a heart attack :( So we're waiting for a more appropriate time.
but thanks again everyone! I really appreciate it :) So far so good, i haven't seen him in days. |

Sounds like harassment, can't you alert the authorities and get a restraining order placed against him? He shouldn't be doing that at all, especially after you firmly stated you aren't interested and the fact that he has a girlfriend and should be devoted to her. I wonder if he's psychologically stable?
