Talking I Am Engaged!!!
Hey girls! After 4.5 long years it has finally happened!! I am engaged!!!

I haven't been on tpf to announce because of all of the craziness of the holidays and showing off my new bling!!! I added a picture to the thread so everyone can see...it will also probably be my new avatar...I can't stop looking at it!!!

It happened Friday, December 21st. My BF (or fiance!!) took me to the Liberty Hotel in Boston. He decorated the room with roses and had dinner already prepared in the room. By the time I turned around to give him a hug he was down on his knee with the box in his hand! I started crying an shaking and now....we are engaged!! The date right now is June 6, 2009. That is our anniversary and it is on a Saturday...how perfect it that?!

The ring is beautiful and I am sooo happy. Now the craziness of planning has occured but I am just trying to sit back and enjoy being engaged! Just wanted to share my happy happy news with you all!!!

haha well I picked it but he said he couldn't not get it for me because of how much I loved it!! But he did surprise me with it, I didn't think he would buy it!!

CONGRATS!!!!!!!

I will never forget the day we got engaged, it's only second behind our wedding day.

I think that it is very special, and the ring is gorgeous. My friend just got one similar in 'antique-y-ness' and I have to bug her all the time to show me because it's so stunning! I bet you can't stop staring at it!!! :)

Congratulations again. I love weddings! Let me know if you need help or advice or someone to help keep your stress levels down as you plan, I'm really good at that!
