Default Help on 3rd year annie present for my wonderful BF!

My BF and I's 3rd year anniversary is coming up next week, and for the first time, I am clueless as to what to get him, help me please! It's in a little over a week, and I am freaking out! (well, sorta..)

We have planned a trip to San Francisco the week after next, and I am thinking maybe I can suprise him while we're there...But I just cannot come up with any ideas! Help please!

About my bf: he is athletic, he likes to go to the dessert with his quad (and I think he has all kinds of stuff for that now), likes to cook (he already has a grill he likes so I can't get him that), he is just a really laid back person, who has everything! I'd like to give him something extra special, but I have no idea what it is. I just want it to be well thought out. I'm normally the one giving ideas to others, but I am completely stumped this time around

Please help me! I love this guy dearly and I just want to him feel how much I love him!!

Thanks so much in advance!

Does he like gadgets, Ipod maybe? Or of he already has one of those ipod holders. Or a big toiletry bag for travel? I got one for my hubby recently and he loved it. Have a good time on hoilday

Have a great vacation! Are the Giants or Athletics going to be home while you're there? You could get super good seats to a game and if he is the type who likes attention (I know not all dudes do, my boyfriend would die if I did this), put "happy anniversary, I love you!" or something up on the scoreboard when they do their announcements.

Treat him to a good relaxing spa package? Or a short outdoor getaway from SF?
What has he been shopping for lately, maybe you can give him that.
