She thanks you so very much for all your condolences, cards, and gifts of food. She is more alone that she should be and your support is so important for her right now. She's able to read the messages here during this period of mourning.

Sitting shiva means she can't mail thank-you's yet, but she will. I too appreciate your kindness to Leah.

Hello dear ladies.

I've attempted to make a post several times, but I am so....bereft..heartbroken...sad. So very, very sad.

I will get back to each and every one of you personally, but just wanted to let you all know that I have read the posts and the cards that some of you were kind enough to send.

But right now...it's just so hard. I miss J so much that I don't know how my heart keeps beating.
