That bag is my pride and joy. I would let you borrow it, but I would need some serious collateral. Your first born perhaps?

Lana, how does it hurt? From the weight or the tightness on your arm?

Wow. That was incredibly helpful. I am new to Rebecca Minkoff and have spent so much time trying to figure out the right size bag for me and all of the stuff I carry. I didn't think I could fit a magazine in my MAM -- I hadn't even tried. This is terrific! My MAM has just become my go to work bag!

Thanks so much!

You are so welcome!

For further reference, check this thread - it has tons of pics of bags packed with all the stuff we carry. It gives a good idea of how much you can cram into your bag. What's in your Rebecca Minkoff bag?

From the weight. The MAM and MAB are heavy bags IMO. A 100% leather bag plus floral lining plus all your things make it a heavy bag. Even my boyfriend said it was heavy and he works out pretty often haha. I didn't have alot of stuff in it -just the essentials (wallet, sunglasses, brush, tissues, lipgloss, cell-phone and at that time my camera which is just a regular sized digital camera). The rolled handles kind of hurt. It's much more comfortable carrying it in the crook of your arm which is how I wear it most of the time.

Default What fits inside a Nikki/Mini Nikki/MAB Luxe/Henri
Stillsearching, I hope you don't mind I was inspired but your thread (and I'm also avoiding working out!) so I decided to do a comparision of some bags that were not in your original post.

Please don't mock me and all that I carry, its so much compared to Stillsearching, but here goes...

The first picture is of all my stuff, and the second is my empty bags.
Cloudy Grey Nikki
Seafoam Green Mini Nikki
Navy Luxe MAB Luxe
Dark Brown Henri

This is the Nikki filled with everything, and hanging. Kinda bulging out, but not too bad. It can be a challenge to find things in this bag because it is so deep, but it definitely handles it all.

Next is Mini Nikki. She is packed to the top, and cannot even be snapped together. I do not bring everything with me when using a Mini Nikki, it's impossible.

MAB Luxe. Everything fits nicely in this bag, and has its own space. The bag can be zipped up, and doesn't look packed and overloaded when hanging.

And last, Mr. Henri. He is packed to the top, everything fits, but its not comfortable and very very squishy. There is no space to move anything around. I find this odd because I thought he was the most roomy.

So my final review is that the more structured bags can handle it all, and it doesn't look like they are packed even if they are. Of all the bags, the MAB luxe and Nikki are the easiest to carry with everything inside. These are my picks for great strudy everyday bag.

Mini Nikki cannot hold everything, and even with items missing she has a hard time dealing with the contents. She is not an everyday bag for me, her job is to look pretty and let her brothers and sisters do the dirty work.

Henri can hold everything, but is very uncomfortable to hold and seems to be the heaviest. The opening (much like the matinee) is very tight and small, making a search for something very difficult. There is no way to get anything out without removing one or two things.
