I thought it was time to have a look at all the other DESIGNER sub-sections on this Forum - instead of staying/floating around in Balenciaga CHANEL etc... AND WOW

I think I'm falling in LOVE with RM bags esp - the NIKKI

Will be sure to stick around and learn more from you gals!

Ok I have a basic purse forum question..... I've been too shy to ask because it seems stupid, but how do you have pictures in your avatar after your posts and under your name? I could only see where to change your hometown and that stuff. Thanks

rnp, if you click on "My Control Panel" in the top bar under tPF's logo, you'll see Settings & Options on the left and Edit Avatar and Edit Signature underneath.

hi everyone :), i'm catherine and nyc is my home. (i loveeee sample sales. i make an effort to go religiously whenever one that interests me pops up.) although, for the last 3 years, i've been spending much of my time away from home at school upstate....it'll be my last year and i'm aiming to land a great job in nyc upon graduation. i'm a serious minimalist so when it comes to bags, i don't think my "vintage-looking" taupe longchamp shopper counts as a "collection". haha, so when rebecca minkoff's bags came within my radar, i was curious, moreso than when i saw other brands on the arms of chic girls in the city. (nope, the boobie pockets on the botkier bianca didnt get the best of me. and nope, the braided leather on the kooba sienna didn't make me consider biting the bullet either.) in factttt, it was the NIKKI in smooshy smooth hazelnut (not glazed or shinyyy) that has stirred my heart...it took me a long time to figure out that it was RM but boy, was i happy when i did. so now, i'm saving up and looking out for Nikkis in the brown color palette (that's smooshy smooth and not glazed or shiny) :)

oh yea, i tend to log onto TPF just to look at pictures of everyone's collections. it's seriously some good eye candy. it probably also explains why i tend to observe rather than post messages on the board. =x

Dee, I purchased a Cloud Grey Nikki from Pf'er due to arrive Tuesday, and yesterday night..

a night on night (I think thats what its referred to) matinee through LB. I'll post pics when they arrive! soOo excited!
