They did. That was supposed to be the original Swing strap design but RM changed it last minute when it went into production. No Swings were produced with that strap except for a few samples.

thanks for the clarification ladies!! whew! here i thought they were changing the strap!! i'm so glad they went with the convertible strap instead, the other one just looked weird... like a frankenstrap!!

Ok now I want the Bright Pink, Pink Iris, and Violet swings...and maybe Bright Green...this is terrible for my purse ban...

I got this pale grey swing last week. It's really pretty, but I haven't decided if I should keep it or not. I'm starting to feel like I don't use the bags I already have enough, but it's so pretty...

I have this exact Swing and use it a lot more than I thought I would. Gray is a great neutral and it's different than using luggage or black. I say keep it!

Finally saw the Swing IRL today at Nordstroms. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see it was quite a bit larger than I expected and would definitely hold more than a MAC! Unfortunately, I didn't really care for any of the colors they had as all the bags had gold hdw, but I definitely think it's a cute bag and would consider it in the right color/hdw combo in the future!
