hi everyone and sorry for the delay in updates. I was at my younger brothers graduation and then we took him to Fl for a few days. My laptop crapped out so I had no way to post or check pm's.
PLEASE, if you have not received your gift at this point email me at rmraok@comcast.net or pm me. I am also going to be bumping up the guidelines for participation at the request of some of you. June will be our last month in this season so next month it will be new matches for everyone and will hopefully go smoother.

Alright, here goes.
This will be our rules so that everyone is on the same page and knows what guidelines to follow.
1. Minimum 250 posts or 1.0 post per 2 days (want people to be regulars) We started the RAOK as a new board and so many members with less than 250 posts were included (myself as one). For the next season of Raok (July, Aug., Sept.) we will be increasing the number of posts to participate to 500. This will give the new Minkettes time to get their posts up.
2. Regular contributor to respective subforum - ie; only sign up if you are a regular RM boardie please.
3. Must have posted a photo within last 30 days (please make sure you review Vlads how to post pics thread and make sure your camera works. It can be a cell, camera, whatever gets your pic on the pf) You can post pics on any of the threads that are fitting and a great one is the "your RM bags in action" Pics do not have to be of your bags, we have tons of unique threads and you can pick one that works best for you.
4. A set amount for each gift. Right now we have a price limit of $25 per gift (per month I mean). You're allowed to go over that amount once. That is not a minimum, but they should use their judgment for what the minimum should be.
5. Gifts MUST be sent out by the 21st if sending internationally, and the 25tht if sending within your country.
6. MUST PM me at rmraok@comcast.net with the delivery confirmation/tracking number. This is so that I can make sure everyone gets and sends their pressies and so that if their are delivery issues I can work on them for you.
7. Upon receipt of gift, photos must be posted within 3 days. This is so that we know everyone is participating. It is not fair to your buddy if you do not post so please post a description and or pics.
Thank you all for your patience and I am hoping this makes our Raok's run more smoothly. If anyone has any ideas of things to add please feel free to let me know.

^Thanks for posting these rules again, tater. I think it's really important that every RAOK participant read through these thoroughly. Oh, and ladies, just a little sidenote for Rule # 4... that's $25 dollars for the actual gift only and does not include shipping costs.

Just an FYI, I sent the Elisha in Satin Wash Blue back back to Funkylala - Really pretty bag. However, the hardware was pretty tarnished and I didn't feel like polishing it or deal with waiting.

Anyway, for anyone interested, it was $325 and should be showing up on their site again soon. IF you get it, make sure you call them to polish it prior to sending. Forgot to take pics, but looked pristine otherwise.

I will be re-pairing those of us who did not receive May gifts for the last exchange of this season (June) this week and do not want to leave anyone out.
Hugs to all and I can't wait to see the June pressies and buddy reveals.

In all honesty, at this point I'd rather drop out of this exchange than re-pair with a new partner. I had planned on having the same person throughout this exchange which I thought was the point- for the one person you had in the beginning to find out who was their secret buddy all along in the end and find it rather senseless to get a new partner this late in the game. It just seems senseless to me. I had already gotten all the gifts for my partner and had them all ready for the last round and what is the point if we are switching around again? I had put a lot of time,money, and energy as well as a lot of thought into gifts for my buddy (who I had planned on having till the end) and am rather upset and will bow out. Switching partners this late in the game will mean for me spending more time getting to know another person, tracking their posts to get to know them, etc. I think in the future there definitely should be stricter rules as well as more commitment to those who join. I understand things coming up, but it is not fair to the person that is paired up. When I signed up, I had made a commitment and had planned ahead of time. I am not by any means rich but had set aside money and thought this might be a fun way to get to know other members better since I really like the RM forum. Perhaps a checkup on feedback on past raoks, eBay, etc. accounts in the future is in order. It is not about the gifts to me but rather the thought involved and I rather feel very unthought of

. Hopefully you girls understand my decision and my post isn't too rambly or whiny as I know it probably appears.

All of the members who signed up and did not participate will be excluded permanently from our raok. I am so sorry it did not work out for you and I hate that a member would do this to you and the other boardies left without a gift after so much trouble and thought was put into them.
I promise next season will be much smoother and overall if only 4 of us did not receive gifts out of the 90 or so who are participating that is not too bad. Very disappointing to us who did not receive one but overall at least most received their pressies.
I look forward to you joining next round and please pm me if you have any ideas or suggestions.

What about if your buddy never posted whether or not they received their gifts?--no posts, no pics, nothin'...

I'm really hoping that the gifts I sent aren't just going into outer space...
