I received mine . A Hand Creme by Jaqua in Pink Buttercream Frosting. Hey buddy if I gain any weight it will be your fault because it smells like a DELICIOUS cupcake and make me hungry when I use it .

I do not have them matched by screen name. Most wanted to remain anonymous and so I deleted their screen name and info as soon as I registered them into elfster. I am going to give it till friday and then I will work something out for those of you who have not received gifts.
I have received a few pm's about international shipments and a few domestic that are showing as delivered and have not been posted by known boardies so I am looking into it. I will contact the few of you this affects.

This is what I mean though, please post when you receive your pressies. For those of you who do not recieve a gift you will be rematched and those of you that did not send one or post will be left out. I don't want to be mean but it is not fair for our Minkettes who sent gifts and not received any. This was so we can all get to know one another and everyone must who signed up must participate.
If for some reason you cannot send your buddy gift out please contact me. No worries but I want to make sure everyone gets a pressie.
Thanks so much Minkettes and hopefully we will get all the kinks worked out. This is our first exchange and I look forward to many more.

Perhaps tater, on the next raok we could be stricter with allowing people into the raok sort of how balenciaga, coach, etc. handles raoks. Like setting minimum posting requirements (making sure they are actually active on this forum in particular), making a requirement people post when they receive their present, etc. I feel bad for those who did not receive their presents yet and would rather hold off sending the next batch till everyone gets something. I really think however, keeping their s/n's (it is not like you would share since you are the coordinator) would be in everybody's best interest to keep out those who did not post/send a present for the next raok. Hopefully everyone who is in the raok however is just delayed in the PO since it is not in the spirit of raoks to take advantage

^^ I agree in the tighter rules and am working something out now.
When we started the Raok we were a new board and most members only had a few posts here since it was newly opened. If you go back to the beginning you will see most joined the RM group when we had a board (or saw instead of hunting in the purse & handbag thread) to all finally share our love. Previously the RM "board" only consisted of Gung's hotspot which was and is a wonderful and vital thread to our community. I did not want to leave anyone out that wanted to participate in our first RAOK and since we were all a part of a new board I thought it best that everyone with a reasonable amount of posting should be able to join.
I am sorry you do not agree with my not keeping everyones personal information but as I said I consented to the request of some members to remain anonymous and I can also only keep 125 messages. Since the beginning I have received over 1,000. I will try to do a better job the next time.
I feel though it is not fair to hold off shipping to our buddies though. I am working on getting everything straightened out and please work with me. I will hopefully have everything worked out by the weekend.
I have received some tracking numbers from buddies showing their gifts delivered but posts from their buddies saying they have not received them. I will be reaching out to you soon with tracking info and hopefully we can track them down.

awww, tater! What you've done for all of us in organizing this shebang is nothing short of amazing! You are kind and giving and always willing to help out. Just remember it is our first try. We'll only get better as the days go on!

I do have an idea in how to minimize all of your pm's... Remember it's just an idea so you can totally shoot me down! How about creating an email just for RAOK? You can choose the provider as they all provide free email now-a-days. Like say RMRAOK@gmail.com, or RMRAOK@yahoo.com etc. and so forth?

Yes, thanks tater! I know there have been some issues, but it has also been a lot of fun so far! I'm hoping that everything works out for those that have not yet received their gifts. And deeliciouz, that is such a great idea! I'm sure it would make it much easier on tater also.
