Rachie Babes, its ok if your buddy knows who YOU are. Because they can see your name and stuff when you're paired up on elfster anyway. The whole fun part is that you don't know who YOUR buddy is.

Anyways- it sucks your candle holder shattered, i'm sure your buddy didn't intend for that to happen!

^^ Desi is right on. You are not buddied w/ the person who has you so it is still a surprise in the end who your buddy is.

Bummer that your candle holder broke, I swear they must play soccer with packages sometimes at the post office

Please do post pics or an update when you get your pressies so your buddy is not wondering if it is there or not. I have had a few pm's about packages being delivered but people not posting about it so please try to keep us all updated when you get a chance.
Round 2 is not far off and I have already bought pressies. I dragged poor hubby through a day of shopping yesterday and he was so sweet and even helped pick a few small gifts.
Keep the pics coming ladies. This is so much fun and I can't wait for round two

Yeah no kidding huh!! I received mine and looks like USPS had doused the packaging completely in water... they had to repackage it with a "sorry for the damage" note on it. Thank goodness nothing in my package was damaged!

Ok, I actually got it a little while ago but I have been drowning in final exams and papers but I had an opportunity to take some pics of my goodies!

I received:

Loeffler Randall for Target Clutch
Adorable pink socks
Purell hand sanitizer; 3 bottles! I carry this stuff everywhere! (RAOK buddy, how did you know!?)

Gum
Lip Balm
An adorable card

I got my gift yesterday! A $25 gift certificate to the Cheesecake Factory in one of the cutest note cards ever. I love love love the Cheesecake Factory! And it's perfect timing....my husband and I just decided that we need to go on more "dates" instead of always hanging out with other people...so will be put to good use very soon! Thanks, buddy!

My Buddy and I are in a little different situation than everyone else who signed up through Elfster... We actually are each other's buddies! So that's why I was a little hesistant to post at first... But that's ok! Now she knows who I am!

I finally have time to post my gifts~ and i really gotta tell yous about these gifts i got!!

I received
- a Journal~ which is cute and i always carry one in my bag
- a cute little pouch~ great for all small items!
- and my favorite~ a mini slot machine! my buddy knows that I'm into miniatures so she got this especially for me

and its not just any old slot machine~ its a SHOCK slot machine~ so everytime you pull the handle it'll give you a little electric shock~ well... i was smart enough not to read the package before opening it (well actually i was too excited and just pulled the whole thing apart!) and when i pulled the handle i got the greatest shock EVER!!~

i then made it my mission to test it out on all my unsuspecting friends~ and they fall for it everytime! it is so hilarious seeing their faces change colour!

i'm loving it!

Thank you so much Buddie!! (P.S. did you know it was a party joke when you got it?!
