So, I got back my Rose MAM (long story... I ordered her and returned way back when and have always regretted it, and have finally got her back) and I've heard she is lambskin also. There is no way that she has the same leather as my Noir MAM! So, I think you and jc0812 are correct! There must've been two sets of Noir leather made

. My Rose MAM is super soft, but definitely has a slight sheen. My Noir MAM has ZERO sheen. Hmmm....

And the seller sent me her original receipt from the website she ordered from and it clearly states "NOIR." Who knows...I don't care, I love BOTH of my babies

! I just thought I'd pass on the info though!

Hmmm...I'm looking up Night pics in the reference threads, and that leather looks like it has a sheen also. My "Noir" has absolutely no sheen! No clue

! Maybe it's just "black"!?

Yes, rose does look a lot like noir now that you mention it! It could just be "black" -- some of her black bags have no specific name. I have a black darling that is pebbled with no sheen at all. I'll try to post pics tonight!

If one has to go, I vote BBW. It's beautiful too, but the Noir is perfect!!! So happy she's your's

The signature hw is beautiful, I really hope RM brings that back again sometime. I think the bags are different enough to justify keeping both :) I really couldn't choose between them--both are gorgeous!

Here are pics of my Noir MAM. Sorry for the artificial lighting. It definitely has a sheen and isn't pebbled. I forgot to take a pic of the interior but it's blue and white striped. Final pic is with flash.

Thanks for posting your pics jc0812! Yeh, mine is DEFINITELY NOT Noir. Or else, she's a different generation Noir. So strange though. I've asked different Noir owners and honestly 50% say sheen and 50% say matte! Oh well, I still love mine

. After looking @ your pics, I'm 100% sure what RM's lambskin leather is like. My ROSE MAM has that exact same subtle sheen to her! Totally different from my "Noir"

^^Well, whatever it is vivi, your MAM is gorgeous! So rose is the same leather as noir? Now I think I'll have to stalk a rose MAM...LOL. This is seriously one of the best leathers ever!

Rose is not seen much but I personally love it!

I have the Rose Nikki and it is the exact same leather as the Noir MAM that I sold. (My MAM had the black/white lining).
Fawn is like the Rose too....
