Has anyone ordered a strap and been waiting forever? I ordered one over a month ago and my card was charged a few weeks ago but it is still not here. I sent an email to Catalina and she told me they were having issues with the supplier and that she would get back to me. Has anyone else had a problem or heard anything? It is a pewter long strap I am waiting for but she made it sound like every color was not being made.

I ordered a hobo strap for my tangerine MAM on 4/7. This morning I received the tracking information from Catalina and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.

Maybe they have them made as they are ordered. Doesn't really explain why its taking so long for you to get yours though.

That is fast and I am glad they got your strap off to you so fast. I know they make them to order or they did but I was told the turn around was only two weeks.

I corresponded with Catalina today about ordering a strap for my black basketweave MAB with the original hardware. She said that they are currently discussing the availability of leathers with their supplier and that I should check back with her and/or the website in a few days. That's all the information I got.

^^ Thanks so much. I will shoot her another email since I already paid a few weeks ago and it sounds like they are having some issues. Maybe I can just get a refund or exchange for a chain since they are the same price.

Just an update on the straps for everyone. I just spoke w/ Catalina and they are having major probs with their makers for strap orders. If any of you ordered in March and still have not received your strap chances are we are sol but she is working on getting us refunds or exchanges for chains for those interested. I just wanted to give an update and feel free to pm me for more info.
