Rebecca Minkoff's Hot Spot

I have just decided that I will wait for Rebecca's new hobo she mentioned versus the mini nikki. I carried my mini nikki this weekend and it was quite uncomfortable with a coat. I have to adjust the bag before putting it on the shoulder. It's mini enough that I carry quite happily by hand or arm crook. Lately, I'm feeling that the difference in amount of leather from the regular nikki doesn't justify the price for me. I ADORE my mini's but only because Rebecca was kind enough to offer us special pricing. Personally, can't afford the full pricing.

I am so in love with this color combo! The leather looks incredibly smooshy and delicious! But I'm so AFRAID of this bag. I try to stay away from light colored bags because I'm kinda clumsy. Plus I'm really anal so if I got a mark on her I couldn't get out I would just die! What do you guys think? I keep going to the site to look at her she's so pretty.

Should I take a chance?

If it would really bug you to get a mark on the bag, I wouldn't buy it. You WILL get a mark on it, it's only a matter of time. But if you think you can handle normal wear and tear, then go for it!

Hi Ellek--where did you find pictures of these bags? Are you just going by the few pictures of the model wearing various bags, or do you know of some place where there are more detailed pics?

Also--I am confused...the Spring line ships on 1/15 or it is posted on her website...or both?

If someone has placed a special RM order with 360, how long did the process take from order to delivery? Right now, there is a 36% off coupon.

I ordered mine last Thursday and I still don't have the purse. Brittany told me that they will not give you more than 25% if it's a special order but she did 30% to be nice I guess.

Did Brittany give you a delivery date? I see you ordered the RM MAM in black. Is this the newer studded one, the plain version, or the basketweave? I have the plain version and love it! It is completely classic for years to come. I'm hoping in a few weeks my added shoulder strap will arrive.

i got the plain mam and she tells me all the time soon and this week. but they don't even have it yet and once they get it it will be 2-3 days. im crossing my fingers that they get it today :)

Nothing's wrong with them, they just don't offer any discount codes. It's a major turn-off for some people.
