oh yah.... fyi... BRITTANY at label360 is the best SA. if RM has it she'll get it for you... even if you just need a dust bag.

I posted this in the pictures thread without response so hopefully I'll get better feedback here. I am very interested in getting the MAM. I'm not into "shiny" leather and I love the look of the stamped bag. Does anyone know what all colors that version comes in? I saw the black/blue combo on lunaboston. Also, does the MAM fit over your shoulder? I don't mind hand carry but would prefer a shoulder carry if I can and think the regular MA would be too big for me. TIA!

I have seen the stamped version MAM in black on black as well, but I don't know if it's still available anywhere.

As far as the strap drop, it can fit over your shoulder, but if your of the larger persuasion, than you won't find it the most comforable. My arms are meaty, and I don't like to wear the mini on my shoulder as it's a tight fit. However, I do wear the regular MA on my shoulder with more ease. The strap drop and width are the same on the MA and MAM but because the content is lower on the MA, the fullness of the bag isn't right under the arm, so it's sits more comfortably. Now if you are smaller, and you don't fill the MAM totally full, then it should be fine. But I don't think it will fit over a winter coat, unless you are super tiny.

I'm a fairly new member, and just happened to come across this thread. I'm totally obsessed with RM bags right now. I currently own a Nikki(not sure if it's glazed almond or saddle, but it's a non-shiny tan) and a dark grey MAB. I've got my eye on a Matinee(not sure which color), and a MAM(not a big priority since the MAB purchase), and I'm really looking forward to RM's Spring/Summer '08 line.

I do have a question for you girls with MAB's or MAM's. My MAB is still farily new, but I can see a potential problem in the future with the leather tassles. Does anyone have a problem with them wearing or fraying? If so, is this something a leather repair shop can fix or does anyone have any suggestions if this does happen?

A little late in my response . . . but here I go anyway!!

I LOVE the leather on the Espresso, it is really gorgeous, smushy, lightly pebbled leather. I am not a huge fan of the glazed leathers. I have seen those in person, and they are not my favorite. That is more a matter or personal preference than anything else though - they wouldn't go with my current life or wardrobe. I have not seen the dark gray with silver hardware in person, but I LOVE that combination of leather and hardware. I think that it would be stunning and match everything. I believe that there is also a lighter brown color on museten.com in the MAM with silver hardware. The leather on it looks AWESOME!! No discount codes though.

Hi! This question is for Rebecca. I read through this thread earlier today and saw that you might bring back the Mini Nikki? I'm really interested in the Nikki but am afraid she'll be too big. Then I saw the upcoming bags and noticed that the Plan B will be debuting. Is it similar to the Nikki and what are the dimensions? TIA, I think it's so impressive that you care enough about your customers to visit and answer questions!

Oh, just wanted to add that I didn't mean to come off rude. If anyone else knows the answers to my questions feel free to respond!

Hello RM fans -- just thought of something, but it might (may?would?) require a new thread. Would having a classification of all colors/styles/hardware options for RM bags be something you would want available? Like a directory of sorts? Like MA Dark Grey/Silver Hardware + PHOTO of bag?

Just wondering.

I think somewhere a long time ago in this thread Rebecca herself says that the spring line ships Jan. 15th. That's only a few days from now!
