Sorry if this it OT. I know there are threads about this in the celeb forum, but I just have to say that Michael Jackson's memorial was soooooooooo sad!!! The flood of tears finally came out when his daughter, Paris, tried to make a speech but just broke down and started crying. I feel so bad for his children! Is his memorial being played everywhere, or is this just a Los Angeles thing?

^^I still have a lump in my throat because the local news keep talking about Paris' speech. I honestly have more respect for him now after learning more about him as a father. Paris' reaction said it all.... he was the best father they'll ever know. I'm heartbroken for those kids.

Hahah, Knas, I know right? It had a little more dye left on it a couple days ago and while working on it I held it up and jokingly mentioned how I could leave it like this and soooo wear this out in public, right?! to my bestie and she gave me the funniest look of disgust and walked away!

mel_mel, Thanks! I agree, she looks sooo eager to get the rest of this off her so she can be dyed again all ready! She's all nakey and embarrassed now.

Random post: I realllly hate those tax evasion commercials. You know the ones: "I owed the IRS $3 million, and only paid $10! Call this number and they can do the same for you." Very brazen to go on national television and brag about how you ripped off the government, and are proud of it. Ah, how wonderful to be a thief! Surely all these settlement deals have nothing to do with why my publicly-funded teaching position was eliminated and kids will not have the opportunity to study another language at that school next year. Taxes don't pay for public education! Pshaw.

Rant over!
