Aww Tess that is such good news to hear.

My good news: my doggies are perfectly healthy! Yeay! The best gift of all! And my vet is uber-impressed by my natural diet cure to my pup's epilepsy and hip dysplaysia. Whoo hoo!

anna, so sorry to hear you lost your job. It's tough times but you'll get back on your feet soon, chin up girl

tess, thats great news your gran is recovering well and your family love and support is probably helping her get there too. what an amazing birthday she must've had, 100 years - wow!!

ax - you sound like a terrific mum to your fur-kids. Maybe you should share your RM lovin' with them so we can see them in the pets and purse thread hehehe

it's an amazingly sunny winters day today - I feel like I haven't seen the sun in weeks. At least our studio has access to a balcony, too bad it's still freezing hehehe

Good evening Minkettes I hope you all had lovely Mondays (you know, as lovely as a Monday can possibly be since I hate Mondays too).

I extended my weekend by a day, so it's still Sunday evening for me! Tomorrow is my Monday. But today was spent cleaning and working on an RM wish list for the fall.

Now THAT would have been an excellent idea! Extending the weekend by a day... man, I wish I could have done that. Everyone at work today was dragging and feeling out of it

Well. I'm sure to deal with all the cranky people tomorrow. So for tonight watch reruns on the CW and think about brown, grey, and navy RM styles for my wish list!

So happy your puppies are doing well. I too have children who wear fur coats and eat on the floor -- on on the counter as the case of Izzy cat proves....

My kitties eat on their own little counter in the laundry room so one particular doggy doesn't vacuum up all their food before they get to it!

Ahhh I don't have to deal with too many cranky people... depends on how sick their pets are I guess, but I get to meet lots of dogs and cats on a daily basis.

loveuga if you deal with any dogs with epilepsy I really, really recommend feeding a natural (homemade) diet...my vet is thinking about writing an article about the great success we've had with my dog. He has been completely seizure-free for 24 months!

Can't say that Izzy and her sister Minou enjoy going to visit Dr. Paws (they sing all the way there and all the way home). But once they get there, they allowed to walk around and there is a bird cage in the kitty exam room to distract them. Last visit, after her shot, Minou jumped in the sink and waited for the tech to turn on the water for her. I guess she figured she deserved a drink after all that aggrevation!

Vets are such special people as they need to be intuitive with their patients who can't just tell them what is wrong. The girls are sending purrs to you tonight.
