ANNNNAAAAA!!!! OMG!!!! I'm so sorry this happened to you! WHAT an idiot she is!!!! I'm just so glad that you are okay!! A body shop will make Tofu Bob look like new (I know it doesn't seem like it right now)!! I got into an accident with my 2 day old Ford Escape. The whole front end was crunched in. The body shop that did the work make it look like brand new!! I know how bad you must feel, especially since the car was a gift, but believe me it will be okay. As long as you are okay, that's THE MAIN THING!

Well, I'm about ready to go get my baby. . . the cat has SERIOUSLY BONDED with the crate (not what I expected) and she's been super, super affectionate this morning. Little does she know . . . . LOL!

I have my iphone on tmobile! have had it for over a year! I love it, and can use everything on it. The only thing is when you sync it to itunes, you just can't update the software that comes out every few months because then your phone has to get unlocked again. that doesn't bother me, i can use everything, appstore, itunes, youtube etc...

OMG ANna-- sooo sorry to hear about your wreck. The main thing that is important though is that you are not hurt. Her insurance should be covering the damages as it clearly shows she hit you. (i work for statefarm

Thanks! I was just SO ANGRY she didn't even ask me if I was ok. If I hit someone the first thing I would do is run out to see if they are alright. This girl DID NOT and her "old" lady friend didn't either. it sickened me so much.

Oh my goodness, I've heard stories like yours and that's why I was SO HAPPY that a friend from highschool just happened to be driving behind me when this happened so he was a witness and when telling the police what happened, our stories matched while the other girl tried to make up this b*llsh*t lie and it's funny, the police did not buy it AT ALL. Did your accident end up alright though?

I know Tofu Bob will be alright but after dating the insane car freak ex-boyfriend of mine, he educated me to the fact that "an accident will not make a new car worth as much $" and he also told me it's not the same because there might always be little minor defects, sigh!

OH NO! Poor Tofu BOB!!! Ugh, the drivers in SGV are THE WORST. Of course she didn't want a police report -- it was her fault!!! Hopefully the insurance co. will give you a nice loaner/rental on her dime while Bob is in rehab.

Waiting anxiously for an update on the Puppy Report....

Omgness Anna! I'm just glad you're okay! Cars can always be fixed and replaced, but never people!! I know what you mean when you say you get SUPER PISSED when there are scratches on your posessions. I am the same! I have a new car too, it's barely a year old now, and it ALREADY has a dent from some DUMBA$$ banging their car door on it.

Hang in there Anna!! Stick to your guns and make sure that her insurance pays for your repairs!!

I called MY insurance but they said I won't be getting a rental car.. . I need to ask again!!! I need one!!!! or this 2 week break is going to suck! & I have work :(

& xlana, were you the one who we had the convo about being REALLY careful with our cars? LOL, I believe it was you! I'm just SO SAD because it's obvious once a car is hit, it's just not the same anymore.. . sigh! This Online SS is my therapy :( && THAT ISN'T GOOD! LOL.

Well what I said doesn't apply in your case! I said that I always park my car from big cars. A corner or a parking space with no car on one side is ideal. I also ALWAYS park perfectly as that prevents people from getting annoyed at you and your car. I don't think you could ever 100% prevent idiots from hitting your car! I'm sorry again this happeend Anna!!

Are your parents okay? They must be worried, and super hurt because they know how well you take care of your car. I know my parents would...I just washed and waxed my car Saturday!!

Anna, have your agent see if the other driver's insurance has rental coverage. You might be able to get the cost of a rental covered by them if you need one. Depending on how long Bob's rehab stay is, it would be super inconvenient to be w/o a car for a long time!
