Bump.

OMG, there are so many similar threads, I am going all crazy, I hope the search feature is back soon.

I think we should just create one thread to ask all sorts of RM quetions to each other. And another thread to reveal or new buys. Its so crazy in here, its difficult toi know where to start.

Please, oh please everyone, do a quick scan of the pages before posting new threads.

I just need to vent for a minute. Why oh Why do some people keep bumping old threads that do not need to be bumped?

Some things we haven't discussed in ages are being bumped recently. I get excited thinking there has been a new response.. and all it says is "BUMP!". I fully respect and understanding bumping old threads so newbies can review them but some of these are getting ridiculous.

I honestly feel that some people like to bump old threads and not create new ones for the sake of not being redundant and other people like to create newer "fresher" threads and not bump old ones for the sake of being more current.

I actually like the creation of (most) newer threads with current info (as opposed to digging up old threads and adding onto them) but hey thats just me

I'm venting with you! I don't mind a bumped thread when it's not dated information, like bumping the thread with the new database or the thread on cleaning your RM but some of the bumped threads are old info that we've discussed repeatedly and can be found in 1 out of every 5 threads! I keep opening threads thinking there's new discussion and yep, it says BUMP! I totally get what your saying here! OK, vent over, moving on!

And yay for the search being back!

i think they are bumping them so if someone has not seen them, and knows more info can give some new info.

Search function is baccccckkk!!

I think RM needs a reference library. That may help clean things up. Once we settle down a bit more we will look into this

We also need a RM mod, so that will help everything too.

The key is to allow new threads but try not to have each topic be brought up again and again. Most sub forums allow each person to do their own reveal, which is ok in my books, but exact same topics need to be in the same thread- not too many floating around. It is not always easy to do, but having the search should help some

Ooh Megs, that would be great if we could have a Reference library and a regular Mod who could keep things in line!

I totally agree with letting each do their own reveal. Gives everyone the opportunity to spotlight their bags. Plus there's the fact that I haven't done it yet so maybe this is a bit self-serving. But whatever. At least I'm honest.
