QUESTIONS FOR RM MAVEN- please address....

I just thought it was silly that I had to sign for dust bags (I requested them from MJ) when my RM Nikki was just left sitting on the doorstep!

Hi Ladies,

It's definitely a UPS problem, not RM's fault. But I'm just hoping that perhaps RM can add a box asking whether or not people want their package to be left at the door or something. I'm having everything sent to work from now on though.

OMG, MrsShoeGal, I have been checking craigslist and eBay religiously to see if the bag pops up! And it's so bad, but I look at everyone's bag when I'm walking around. Because if I see the biatch that has my bag, I am so walking up to her and snatching it. And then I'm going to empty all of her contents in the bag out on the street and just walk away. LOL, I'm petite but fiesty, hehe.

I'm really upset over what happened, and I really don't expect to get my bag back. But I just wanted to post so that you all would be aware, etc.

That is horrible. I really hope that something works out. It is a shame it was such a unique bag. Also, the stress that it has put you under. Good luck.

I guess it pays to know you UPS drivers ours always take's packages around to the back door through a gate!

Huh, it is definitely driver by driver because mine in NY will not leave UPS packages if no one is home, even when a signature is not required. UPS says this is because I live in an apartment building, which is high traffic area, but it is a low rise.

i have what might be a silly question, but given my aversion to zippers, i am hoping that somoene can help me out. are the zippers used in/on RM bags hard? are they comparable to the rough zippers found on a Marc Jacobs or softer like those on an LV? thanks!

My BF lives in a walkup and they (UPS/fedex/USPS) just have someone on the ground floor sign and then just leave it by the front door...where it usually gets stolen, probably by a food delivery guy or something...they come in and out all the time, no doorman, so...guess it depends on the driver!

He just sends it to his office now.
